- Under 256kb gif file for Discord

- I reserve the right to decline or cancel any and all commission requests.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the time frame of completion of a commission is under my discretion.
- My art may not be used for merchandise or commercial means without prior discussion and agreement.
- Payment will be done via PayPal in USD
- Work on the art will begin once payment has been received.
- Delivery of the artwork is considered complete after I have sent either the PNG or GIF files.
- Refunds may be requested before completion and delivery of the art. Contact me on Discord to request a refund.
- After delivery, no refunds will be accepted.
- Do not trace or copy my artwork whatsoever.
- The Products and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
- I may update this policy from time to time by updating the version on this page. You should check this page occasionally to identify any updates. The last update to this policy was 7/26/2025.
- Disclaimer: if you violate any part of these terms of service, I reserve the right to ban you from commissions until further notice
